Essential travel kit
The Samsung Galaxy J5
Always looking to save weight and make things more convenient. This covers most of my photgraphic needs except long range shots and zooming in. You can't have everything I guess. Imperfections can be ironed out with snapspeed!
13 mega-pixels and just 159gr.
The LIFESYSTEMS Box Mosquito Net
An absolute must for every destination, cos you never know when there will be mosquitoes waiting to bya!
I wrote an article about the need to pack a mosquito net.
The SNUGPAK Sleeping Bag
My favourite sleeping bag. Had it since 2010. Love the two way, full length zip and the inner fabric, Pertex - So much nicer than some cheap nylon inner. 800g, packs up reasonably small and washes easily.
The NORTH FACE 42l Cargo Bag
The traditional type of backpack is great for hiking but how often do backpackers go hiking? We tend to travel from a to b in buses, park up and do day hikes. Carry your gear in this ultra endurable, down-pour proof cargo bag. Opens up just like a suitcase allowing easy access to your precious belongings!
