Cafés For The Digital Nomad In Karakol
Travellers who work remotely, need 3 things. WIFI, some where quiet and coffee.
The Digital Nomad will sit there for a few hours nursing a single coffee, head down, tapping away on their keyboard.
Karakol at the eastern end of Lake Issy-Kul in Kyrgyzstan is establishing itself on the tourist trail.
Every year brings 3 or 4 new guest houses. Cafes are slowly opening up offering the Digital Nomad a place to get some work done, though the cafe owners don't know it yet.
Vista Coffee, opened just this year. Great Lavazza coffee. Fast wifi and plenty of power sockets. 80c for a small americano, 145c for a large cappucino. They do pizzas, toasties and yummi cakes too. What else does a digital nomad need?

The first western style cafe in Karakol. Everyone knows this place. For a long time it was the only place to get a decent coffee in town.
Hot and cold drinks, cakes, pizza and more! Very popular and deservedly so!
